Business creates plenty of opportunities to film: a new product, an interesting project, an answer to a customer's question or a specialist at work. When your team knows how to record this material, it is easier to use those moments in your communication.
I will help organise the filming process, from choosing the topic and preparing picture and sound to collecting footage for editing. A shared approach makes it easier for several people to work together and maintain a consistent standard across recordings.
Training can help your team reduce mistakes that lead to retakes, use existing equipment more effectively and prepare everyday content more efficiently. For larger campaigns you can continue to commission a separate video production.

Practical training at the MyBed showroom in Wrocław
I led gimbal operation and framing training for Kasia, a MyBed employee in Wrocław. The exercises involved filming products in the showroom, including a bed and its details.
This example shows why practising in your own space is valuable. Camera setup, movement and the way a product is presented can be adapted to the place where the company will create future recordings.

A filmmaking training programme for your company
Before the workshop I will ask about your communication goals, the number and experience of participants and the equipment available. I will use that information to suggest the scope and practice time. The programme can cover the following areas.
Recording plans and shot lists
I will demonstrate how to turn a film topic into a simple shooting plan. Your team can practise choosing the main message, preparing an interview and selecting shots of a product, place or service.
Camera operation and repeatable settings
I will explain settings useful for everyday recording. Employees can practise preparing the equipment and controlling focus, exposure and white balance.
Lighting and sound at your premises
I will help choose a filming location and make use of the available light. I will demonstrate microphone setup and checking a recording before starting a longer interview.
Products, services and camera movement
Exercises can cover product details, demonstrations, stages of a service and supporting shots of work in progress. Gimbal operation can be included where it suits your team's equipment and tasks.
Organising a small filming team
I will help establish who prepares the topic, operates the camera and checks the footage. Practising these roles makes the next recording session easier to organise.
Preparing footage for editing
I will discuss selection, file organisation and checking that all necessary shots have been recorded. If your team wants to edit in DaVinci Resolve, I can also prepare an editing module within the agreed training time.
Participants film while I guide them
I demonstrate a solution, explain when to use it and move on to an exercise. Participants set up equipment and record themselves. I review the attempts and help them make adjustments.
I will agree the group size and format so the programme includes time for hands-on practice. Differences in experience and the number of cameras available will be considered when planning the workshop.

Training at your company in Wrocław and across Poland
I travel to clients in Poland, including Wrocław. Sessions can take place at an office, showroom, treatment room or another agreed location where the company plans to film.
Before the date I will confirm technical conditions and the availability of the space, equipment, products and people needed for the exercises. Travel and any necessary accommodation will be agreed before confirming the training.
How much does company filmmaking training cost
A quote for a private workshop
I will prepare an individual offer based on the participants, their experience, programme, training time and location. Your company will know the scope and full price before confirming the date.
What affects the budget
The number of workstations and exercises, the equipment available and whether the programme covers recording alone or editing too all affect the scope. Any room or additional equipment hire must be agreed beforehand.
Travel and accommodation
For sessions requiring travel I add the agreed travel costs and any necessary overnight stay. The offer will state the total amount and delivery arrangements. This service is delivered in Poland and quoted in PLN.
Training for one employee
If one person is attending, individual packages are available: 8 hours for PLN 2200, 16 hours for PLN 4200 or 24 hours for PLN 5900. These are total package prices for one-to-one training. Travel and any necessary accommodation are added by agreement.
How I will prepare your team workshop
- Understand your company's needs. Describe the videos you want to create and who will be responsible for them.
- Check the conditions. I will discuss equipment, participants, location and examples of your current recordings.
- Prepare a proposal. You will receive a programme, training duration, available date and complete quote.
- Lead the session. Participants practise tasks suited to your company's communication needs.
- Discuss the next steps. I will identify what to repeat and improve during future recordings.
Questions before booking company training
How many people can take part
I will agree participant numbers after understanding the programme, experience levels and available workstations. Each person should have an opportunity to practise the agreed tasks.
Can we focus only on products or reels
Yes. The workshop can concentrate on a particular type of material. I will choose exercises that relate to the content your team will record afterwards.
Do we need a professional studio
A studio is not necessary in every case. First I will check your premises and the requirements of the planned recordings. If another space is needed, I will agree that before the training.
Will you produce finished company films during the workshop
The purpose of the workshop is to develop employees' skills. Finished content produced by ZMATRYCY requires a separately agreed scope and price. If you need both services, mention that in your enquiry.
Can the training be delivered in English
Yes. I teach in Polish and English. I will agree the language and participants' needs before preparing the programme.
