Another Reel for @klub5rano shows behind the scenes of a VO₂max test at Energy and Sport. The athlete’s statements are combined with footage of the treadmill, equipment and testing process.

VO₂max test / Behind the scenes of preparation
For @klub5rano, I created films combining spoken statements, training scenes and race footage. The main film follows the sporting goal and the effort invested in preparation. The other Reels show different aspects of this story: consistent training, motivation, the pre-race atmosphere and the emotions of competition.
Need sports training videos or Reels for an athlete, club or sports brand? I film movement, effort and emotion, then edit the footage for social media. Together, we agree on the concept, filming scope and publishing formats. I film in Zielona Góra and elsewhere in Poland.
