Educational Reels for the sports industry show knowledge in action. For @klub5rano, I film and edit a series of vertical videos about training and preparing for HYROX, from a trailer to specific exercises and practical tips.

The trailer introduces the topic and encourages viewers to watch the next episodes. Each Reel then develops one specific element: movement technique, pace or an exercise detail.
I combine pieces to camera with training footage, close-ups and captions. Viewers hear the explanation and immediately see what it refers to.

In this project, sports content has an educational purpose. Beyond an impressive shot, it shows the creator’s thinking, experience and attention to training details. The episodes cover SkiErg, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmer’s carry, lunges and wall balls.
Reels like these can strengthen an expert’s profile: viewers meet the person behind the account, hear explanations and watch demonstrations. A regular series creates opportunities to share knowledge and build trust. Video helps show expertise; its value comes primarily from the creator’s real knowledge and a useful topic.
My job is to turn this knowledge into clear video content. I pay attention to shots showing movement, the editing rhythm and the connection between explanation and example. The vertical videos are prepared for social media publishing.
