Three days of team activities for the Invent agency at Michasiówka in Giewartów. I created comprehensive video coverage and short social media videos featuring meetings, sport and shared downtime.

Context and production scope
Invent Camp 2025 took place at Michasiówka in Giewartów. The programme combined a conference with the management team, sporting matches and an outdoor team game with a DJ party, kayaking and a chill-out area.
I produced comprehensive video coverage of the retreat and short social media formats. The main film brings the different parts of the event together, from formal meetings to activities and team bonding.
Production scope
Alongside the main event film, I created short social media videos. Below is one Reel from Invent Camp 2025 showing meetings, awards and evening team activities in vertical format.
The short film moves from company meetings and awards to group photos, conversations and the evening party. It shows participants and the Invent Camp atmosphere rather than summarising the entire retreat programme.
This kind of event Reel lets a business share selected moments on social media. It complements the longer event film with a short story that viewers can watch on their phones.
My scope covered filming and editing. The content was created for the Invent agency during its retreat to Michasiówka in Giewartów.
Behind the scenes
This is how I worked at Invent Camp 2025. The photo shows me with a camera on a gimbal in front of the event branding.
The finished event film and Reels were built from recordings of participants, meetings and shared activities. This is a behind-the-scenes image from my project for the Invent agency.
