What events can I film?
An event film should show its scale, people and atmosphere, then help promote the next edition or support brand communication. I adapt the filming scope and final formats to the programme and publishing channel.

I can create a highlights film or full recordings of agreed talks and panels. Both formats can be included in one quote. Send the agenda, number of rooms and the talks you want to record.

How I work
Key moments without disturbing participants
You speak directly with me, from agreeing on the programme to the finished files. Before the event, I learn its schedule, people and unmissable moments. During filming, I work as discreetly as possible and respond to what happens on site.
Before the event, we agree on the agenda, key people, brand elements and areas requiring particular attention.
Beyond the main programme, I look for emotions, conversations, details and shots that convey the event’s character.
I agree with the sound technician how to record statements and audience questions. Before the conference, I need information about microphones, the available audio source and the possibility of checking conditions on site.
I edit the event film for your website, social media, partner recap or promotion of the next edition.

I learn the film’s goal, event programme, location, participants and intended publishing channels.

I agree on key moments, people, statements, brand identity and the on-site coordinator’s contact details.

I record the event according to the plan and respond to important situations, emotions and schedule changes.

I select shots, build the pace, refine sound and colour and assemble a coherent story of the event.

After the agreed revisions, I prepare the main film and additional formats specified before production.
Production preparation
Conference filming in Lubuskie - preparation
First, we agree on whether you need a short promotional recap, full recordings of talks or both. The recap shows the atmosphere and key moments. A full talk recording lets people revisit the knowledge afterwards and share it with those who could not attend.
To plan full recordings, I need the programme, talk lengths and number of rooms. If sessions run simultaneously, I confirm the scope I can cover before booking. We also agree on audience questions, presentation materials and file delivery. I do not offer live streaming.
Contact with the sound technician and prior agreement on the audio source matter. I include the number of films, lengths, formats, editing scope and delivery date in the quote. Full talks and promotional content therefore have clearly agreed scopes.
I film in Zielona Góra and Lubuskie, with travel agreed before booking. Organisers in the north of the region can explore the separate service for conference recording in Gorzów Wielkopolski. For events in Lower Silesia, I have prepared an offer for event filming in Wrocław (PL).
Send the programme, access time and list of talks to record in full. Include their lengths, room count and whether sessions run simultaneously.
We agree on whom to show or record and who makes organisational decisions on site.

Yes, if included in the scope. We agree in advance on people, questions, place and time to ensure clear sound and avoid disrupting the programme.
Yes. Agreeing this before filming lets me plan some shots for portrait use too. The number and length of versions are stated in the quote.
Delivery depends on the event length, number of films and editing scope. We agree on the main film and any quick highlights before production.
The price depends on on-site working time, location, programme, key areas, statements and final versions, among other factors. Once I receive the agenda, I quote for the specific scope.
Yes. I film events in Lubuskie and elsewhere in Poland. The location, travel and working time are included in the scope and quote.
Yes. I can record full agreed talks and panels for later sharing. A short promotional recap and full talk recordings are different deliverables, so we agree their scopes separately. To quote, I need the agenda, talk lengths, room count and sound information. If sessions run simultaneously, I first confirm whether I can cover them.
I do not offer live streaming. I record content you can share with participants or publish after preparation: full talks, an event film and agreed shorter versions.
