Portfolio examples
Three different approaches: a conference and team event recap, training film and tournament coverage. These projects are from various Polish locations. They are neither presented as filmed in Gorzów nor as full recordings of all conference talks.
The opening film was made during Invent agency’s trip to Michasiówka in Giewartów. The management conference was part of a programme including sport, kayaking, an outdoor game and team activities. I combined these in the recap rather than focusing only on the stage and lectern.

Expert on camera
For Ground Game, I filmed longer training videos with Mateusz Gucman and short portrait content in Poznań. Editing must preserve the demonstration’s meaning: viewers see the movement, hear the explanation and can revisit a section. This differs from a fast event recap.
The short version shows one topic vertically. At a conference, this might be a speaker’s statement or next-edition teaser. Numbers, lengths and captions are agreed before editing. Watch the Ground Game Academy series.
Meeting atmosphere and flow
FRIZO Polish Food Cup 2025 is a tennis tournament, not a conference. This film illustrates event coverage, including play, people, reactions and meetings off court. For business events, I look for a similar programme-and-people balance. Explore the FRIZO project.
The @klub5rano sports Reel focuses on action in a short format, illustrating scene selection for fast publication. At conferences, portrait content can complement full recordings and a main film when shots are planned accordingly. See the HYROX and @klub5rano project.
Choose your recording format
Agreed talks and panels in separate files. Programme duration, sound and deliverables are confirmed before production.
If slides need to appear, tell me before quoting. We agree presentation and file delivery. I do not assume every screen, audience question and parallel lecture can be recorded within one scope.
A short recap of conference themes, participants and atmosphere, with tone and length suited to the audience.
Speaker statements and social media clips. Longer conversations are covered in the service for interview recording (PL).
I offer recordings for later use. I do not provide live streaming.
Before the first lecture
Agenda and parallel sessions. Send programme times, room addresses and unrepeatable moments. For parallel talks, we agree realistic coverage before booking. The programme sets the attendance plan, not just finished film length.
Speakers’ sound. I need microphone, sound-system and venue technician information. We agree an audio feed and audience-question recording. Checking conditions beforehand helps plan clear talk recordings.
Presentations and access. Share camera position, movement rules and access time before guests arrive. Slides, logos and captions need agreed delivery. The organiser confirms filming conditions and participant image publication.
Post-event content. Specify channels, whether films are public and who collects feedback. The quote includes agreed versions, graphics and delivery. Flag early if the recap must arrive before full talks.
On-site filming
I work from Zielona Góra and travel to agreed client shoots in Gorzów Wielkopolski. Events can be in conference rooms, businesses or other venues. I need the address, programme hours and contractor access information.
Nearby projects can include Kostrzyn nad Odrą, Strzelce Krajeńskie or Międzyrzecz. Travel and any accommodation are confirmed before booking. For several days, share each day’s hours and transfers between venues.

I quote after reviewing event length and deliverables. Three full talks differ from all-day recap filming, separate interviews and clips. Share your budget if known; I propose scope for the main need.
The offer records attendance, selected talks, sound recording, editing, files, delivery and revisions, plus travel and accommodation. I do not quote a fixed conference rate without reviewing the programme.
